This website is managed and operated by WM Tiles Inc. Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WM Tiles Inc. We provide this website, including all content, tools, and services, to you, the user, subject to your agreement with all terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined here.
By visiting our site or using any of our services, including requesting quotes or engaging in a project, you are entering into a “Service” agreement and agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as any additional policies or terms referenced within this document or linked from it. These Terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors, clients, contractors, and contributors of content. Please review these Terms carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the website or its services. Any access or use of the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
New features, tools, or services added to the website are also subject to these Terms. The latest version of the Terms of Service is always available on this page. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website after any updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our discretion, for any reason, and at any time. You acknowledge that any content you submit (excluding payment information) may be transmitted over various networks in an unencrypted form and may be modified to meet technical requirements of these networks or devices. All credit card and payment information is securely encrypted during transmission, although there is 3.5% up charge for all credit card transactions. You agree not to reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our services, the use of the services, or any content available through the website without our express written consent. The section headings in this agreement are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms.
General Services of Project
If you approve the estimate, a 30% deposit is required on the day WM Tiles Inc begins work. A progress payment of 30% will be due at the end of the first week, and the remaining balance will be due after the final walk-through and completion of the punch list.
Any unforeseen conditions or issues that arise during the course of the project will be promptly disclosed to the homeowner. Any additional work or costs associated with such conditions will not proceed without prior notification and written approval from the homeowner. We will use a dust containment system during demolition and construction, which typically reduces about 90% of dust, though some dust is unavoidable. Our normal working hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., but we can extend hours if approved by the homeowner. Once the project begins, our team will be on-site daily until completion, unless extenuating circumstances occur, in which case you will be informed. If an item cannot be installed due to logistics or circumstances outside our control, payment will still be due for the work completed, excluding the labor cost for any item that could not be installed.
The estimate includes tile sizes from 3”x6” subway tile to 24”x24” porcelain tile. Larger tiles, patterned tiles, glass, or natural stone may involve additional costs, depending on size, pattern, or material.
The estimate DOES include all rough materials such as 2x4s, drywall, mud, tape, thin set, tools, Hardie backer, primer, screws, nails, wiring, plumbing pipes, electrical boxes, plywood, and similar items.
The estimate DOES NOT include finish materials like tile, grout, Schluter products, vanities, lighting, switches, plumbing fixtures, faucets, shower heads, tubs, mirrors, medicine cabinets, fans, or topcoat paints. If needed, we are happy to pick up these materials for you at no extra charge. All materials must be on-site or ready for pick-up before we can begin. If you would like us to handle ordering or selecting materials, please let us know when you approve the estimate. The cost of these materials will be added to the final invoice, and any returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All payments for labor and services should be made payable to WM Tiles Inc.
Customer Liability
Customer will ensure that all personal items that may be impacted by work or impede work taking place prior to the start of work. WM Tiles Inc will not be held responsible for any items left in the work space that may become damaged or lost during the course of work. WM Tiles Inc is not responsible for returning belongings back into the work space upon completion of work.
WM Tiles Inc will not be held responsible for unforeseen or unknown issues, including existing conditions not readily visible that may affect the scope and or price of the quoted work. Any discoveries of this nature will be brought to the attention of all necessary parties to discuss available options. WM Tiles Inc reserves the right to charge up to $1500 for loss of time and ability to service customers due to same day cancellation, being prevented from performing agreed upon work, and/or circumstances that prevent the agreed upon work from being completed that were not communicated 48 hours prior to the date scheduled for the agreed upon work. Any and all desired tile patterns must be clearly specified by the homeowner prior to installation. If no pattern is specified, the tile will be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines and industry standards.
